blogging gobbledygook and such

Root gave the idea in a comment from the previous post. Am in a bit of another blogger’s block (not to mention having a stressful week at college), so perhaps by spreading some link love inspiration will come back to self. (All mentioned in no particular order.)

Friendlies from the Forums
1. timethief – a dedicated and knowledgeable volunteer, one of the first few friends made from the forums
2. raincoaster – quirky crazy woman who makes life at the forums quite colourful
3. cjwriter – an aussie writer who would hopefully be world-famous one day (would you give an autographed copy of your book then? hehe πŸ˜› )
4. museditions – a sweet pseudonymous blogger
5. Root – the englishman with an “offbeat Brit humour”

Regular bloggerdygeeks
1. lovelyloey – a lovely person and friend!
2. ish – self’s little indian brother
3. jannette – a wonderful serial commenter
4. mj – fellow malaysian with a malaysian way of blogging
5. netty gritty – an enthusiastic and infectious bloglady
6. devblog – helpful, generous and thoughtful… and polite!
7. thescoundrel – a friend with lots of wise words for self

The Ones have to Make Up to
1. john – a former serial commenter here (sulz misses your comments you know πŸ˜‰ )
2. nelsonnium – another former serial commenter sulz sorely misses
3. schizo – the zaniest guy who can leave comments that will literally make you laugh out loud

Hope didn’t leave anyone out! Don’t be mad if you’re not on the list, just give a shout in the comments (sulking permitted until have apologised and provided link love to make up). Am kind of forgetful, especially of late. πŸ˜›

In spreading link love, got porn love back (a referrer link found in blog stats). How does blogging karma work?!

Comments on: "Who are your most cherished blogging friends?" (19)

  1. *crying* πŸ˜‰

sulz: oh dear, you haven’t been around here for so long have totally forgotten about you! don’t cry, am linking right now!

  2. hi sulz,
You were my first wordpress online blogging friend and I now have a blog linked to my username. πŸ™‚

sulz: excellent. linked and loved. πŸ˜›

  3. Oh, so touching. Can I make an acceptance speech and thank my parents for giving birth to me and my family for supporting me? *sob sob*

Okay, nevermind lol. I love being your friend and I’m happy to be on that list! Yay! πŸ˜€

sulz: drama king! πŸ˜› am happy to be your friend too.

  4. Thanks, sulz, you sweetheart! I have loved playing on the fora and exchanging comments with you. Link love…what a nice concept!

    sulz: you’re welcome. πŸ˜€

  5. Awww. So schweet. Heh.

    sulz: πŸ˜€

  6. Hey thanks, sulz. I feel honoured. And it’s funny because I was actually reading your blogs before I started out in the forums… I was lackluster about commenting back then, but it was hard not to notice your hotlips avatar! πŸ˜‰

By the way, if I get something published, I’ll definitely sign a book for you. It’ll probably be worth all of about 10 cents. πŸ˜›

sulz: hah, a former blurker uncovered! thanks for letting self know that. πŸ™‚ am sure your book will be worth loads more than 10 cents; don’t be so modest.

  7. hey, thanks sulz. love the serial commenter bit. πŸ˜€ besides timethief, you are one of my first blog buddies.

sulz: you’re welcome. hopefully we’ll be blog buddies for a long time more!

  8. Crazy, huh?

    You forgot “Dangerous” too!

sulz: haha! please pardon self’s forgetfulness then.

  9. Thanks Hotlips. Link love coming right up from my main blog at – not the tatty WP com thing.

    sulz: aww, thanks! πŸ˜€

  10. Why, thank you! that was very nice of you, Sulz!

sulz: you’re welcome. am very glad to have a friend like you. πŸ˜‰

  11. Yeah, I guess I could contribute more to your blog… πŸ˜‰

sulz: but only if you want to, of course. you know you’re welcome here anytime. πŸ™‚

  12. Sniff Sniff… 😦

sulz: man, do you still read this blog? it’s like you’ve disappeared off the blogosphere! so sorry, let self make it up to you. *hug*

  13. as usual he stands far away and watches with fondness the children who are no longer young, and remembers their childhood, and the nurture he gave. What does he care if they barely remember him, it matters that they are all happy.

    life is good

sulz: wah, some people have to be so dramatic just to get some link love. -_- haha, missed your comments loads, you know! don’t stay mad, okay? πŸ™‚

  14. Waaa.. so sweet! πŸ˜€

sulz: you don’t know meh? hehe

  15. siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis!

am i late to catch up on this or what!

i was just so preoccupied with stuff both online and offline lately that i wasn’t doing blog-visiting too much the past few days.

    and now THIS!

i’m soooooooooo glad! you are my very first blogging friend. even though i don’t know you in person, i actually feel quite attached to you!

and thanks for the kind words! i’m flattered!

btw, it’s good that you know i’m infectious. cos, guess what, i have symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrom and i’m gonna infect you! muhuhahaha!

sulz: am glad to know you really, you’re a sweet person. πŸ™‚ now you get away from self, definitely don’t need carpal tunnel!!

  16. and what does it matter to him even his earnest and pure hearted musings are taken as veiled attempts at increasing link karma, surely they should know by now, as much as it is appreciated, he is beyond the lure of the google world.

sulz: you crazy fella! πŸ˜› will take away the link then if it displeases you that much.

  17. I’m making a comeback soon… so shall keep in touch regularly… have a wireless net connection in the room now… so that’ll help fuel the regularity of posts and blah and blah… and btw missed you too πŸ™‚

sulz: excellent! will look forward to seeing you more around then, nels. πŸ˜€

  18. Thanks for the mention, it is always nice to be appreciated. I guess my blogging world is a lot like my real life. Though I have many family, personal and business acquaintances in real life those I actually spend personal time with are limited. The same is in the blogging world. Sulz, Quad City Examiner and Spasmically Perfect are the only blogs that you could say that I blog regularly on a personal level. Most every other blog I post on is usually of political nature, where friendly chatter is not always the norm. Even then Quad City Examiner and I normally talk about politics though in a more friendly way than most blogs.

sulz: you’re welcome. πŸ™‚ we all have our little circle of friends, and you just happened to be in this one!

  19. […] of bother just to see how the blogger looks, but well, am doing this more for the regular readers (bloggerdygeeks and forum friendlies, please humour sulz!). Unfamiliar and new commenters cannot get password until have known you for a […]
