blogging gobbledygook and such

Happy New Year!

*

Have only been blogging for two years, but it has been an amazingly fulfilling period in self’s life. The wonderful people have got to known, the thoughts and words that once swirled in self’s head, forever captured in this memory box… This blog has not really chronicled the life of self, but it has recorded a more important aspect of self – the side that doesn’t appear in public, the side that only comes out and play in the moments before you close your eyes, in dreams, in daydreams, in within you… The part of sulz that would have otherwise gone unknown.

And in revealing this secret side of self to you, have received so much love and encouragement in return. Every comment received is a simple little blessing in self’s day, like little seeds. And the more comments receive, the seeds grow and blossom into some awesome friendships that spans across age, space and time.

It’s impossible to put in mere words what you mean to self, how much you’ve made an impact on self; hopefully you can feel the sentiment.

*hugs*

  1. One of my favorite moments in the 2 months or so I’ve been blogging was getting to know you. Seriously. You rock, Sulz. One of the most genuinely nice people I’ve ever met (well,”virtually met” at least) in my life.

I’m off to catch up on some of your highlight posts that I don’t think I’ve seen yet.

sulz: *hugs* 😳 thank you so much!!

  2. hehe… *chanting* “famous anonymous sulz” πŸ˜€

happy new year! *hugs to you too*

psst… my new year’s resolution include me belanja-ing you makan when i get back and ‘no’ from you is not an answer.

    sulz: sampat!

haha, we’ll see! am very good at dodging people one you know… being anonymous and all! πŸ˜›

  3. “…in the moments before you close your eyes, in dreams, in daydreams, in within you…” –Beautiful imagery, and I like your seed references, too. This is a very nice New Year post!
I appreciate all the links to your “best of 2007” ’cause I didn’t know you at the beginning of the year, and although I’ve dabbled some, it’s nice to have a guide. But, I’m going to be here all day reading! Perhaps I’d better do a few at a time.

    sulz: why, thank you! πŸ˜€

actually, this is kind of a filler post since the really good one is tomorrow’s post. πŸ˜‰ but hey, great for hits!

  4. Hey Sulz – good way for me to get to know you this post. Am making my way through these posts now as I can’t sleep!

sulz: excellent! feel free to stop by and comment. πŸ˜€

  5. great post sulz πŸ™‚ will help me catch up with your blog and know you more. I love the festive look of your blog. Happy New Year!

sulz: thank you! thank you! thank you! happy new year to you too!

  6. Happy New Year to you too Sulz, hope you continue writing and I can continue reading forever. You’re teh shit! Hey that’s not meant as bad..and it’s supposed to be said as “teh” only but means the. I guess you get the meaning right..it means you’re the man! or the woman whatever. πŸ˜›

I really loved the vagina earrings post btw, had me laughing and imagining a lot of people wearing them. My maths teacher for one, and he’s a guy. πŸ˜€

And got to see you and know you well too, so basically I can say the year was a success, a big one. Hugs!

sulz: haha, totally got you without the explanation! πŸ™‚ the maths teacher, was he the one who used to pick on you, or was that the physics teacher? haha, vagina earrings would be a tortuous emasculating accessory for just about any man, really! ‘cept the trannies or fashionably adventurous, perhaps. πŸ˜›

sigh, still remember when your first comment here, about liking the css skin was using and the blog. how time flies!

    Hello Sulz!

Anglo here, from the EuroBoard–I just wanted to drop by to wish you a happy new year and, apparently, a happy birthday, if the date in your profile is correct.

    All the best! πŸ™‚

sulz: hello; i remember you! πŸ™‚ (you were one of the rare females there, and one of the rarer who are actually nice!) happy new year to you; thanks much.

  8. Ah, you’ve gone back to the old original look. Whatever anyone says, this one will always be my favorite, there’s just no beating the neatness and yet the appeal of this one.

sulz: you’re right! πŸ˜€ the hobbit comes a close second, though, i must say. πŸ˜‰

  9. Most of my blogging accomplishments are “accidental” controversies and attracting members of the Angry Mob thanks to my posts. But then without these posts, I wouldn’t have met you and the other people on my Blogroll πŸ™‚ True, no?

sulz: you know what? cannot remember how i have met you! i think you commented in my blog first. oops 😳

  10. 2. Hope to see more of your work soon.
